Shoreshim is governed by an Executive Board that is elected by the membership at the annual meeting each May.

Meet the 2010 - 2011 Executive Board
Elliot has been a family member of Shoreshim for over 15 years. His experience with structured improvising comes in handy with a group as dynamic as Shoreshim.
Co-President: Davood Sedaghatfar
Davood has been a member of Shoreshim for almost 20 years and has served as Co-President, and as a board in other positions in the past. Davood is Shoreshim's representative to Reston Interfaith.
Co-Treasurer: Ellen Lean
Ellen has been a member of Shoreshim for 5 years and we are glad to have her serve of the board this year.
Co-Treasurer: Jenny Garfinkle
Jenny has been a member of Shoreshim since 1996 and has served as Religious School Principal and Treasurer. Jenny has been active with the organization of our volunteers for The Closet, in Herndon and is always involved in our High Holy Day Services.
Secretary: Gary Kelleher
Gary has been a family member of Shoreshim for 10 years. This is his first year serving on the board.
Resource & Facilities Liaison: Larry Uman
Larry has been a member of Shoreshim for over 20 years and is excited to be on the board.
Event Coordinator: Lindsey Iacovino
Lindsey has been a member of Shoreshim for a couple of years and we are excited to have her serve on the board this year.
Religious School Liaison: Cathy Drake
Cathy has been a member of Shoreshim for 1 year and has jumped in with both feet. Welcome to the board, Cathy.

Ray has been a member of Shoreshim for many years and we welcome him to serve on the board this year.

Jane has been a member of Shoreshim since 2004 and this is her first year on the Shoreshim Board. Jane is very active in our Tzedakah Committee as well.
